... For a while.
Meh, I still think MMO's have a ways to go before I'd really get into one. WoW was all right, but it quickly started feeling stale. Better than most other MMO's, but still... ugh.

Phantasy Star Online: Blue Burst.
It's a free download, free Open Beta 'til June 15th, and then you pay like $10 a month. That's nice compared to paying, say, $60 and then $10 or more a month.
Basically you have until June 15th to decide whether you like the game, and if not, you can dump it no-questions-asked.

All the money they saved instead of thinking of a passable name, passed on to you, the customer!
Seriously, I've been having tremendous fun with World of Warcraft. Look me up on Mannoroth, Dureck, 49 Dwarf Hunter.

City of Heroes definately, especially if you like comic books or superhero stories. I used to recommend Star Wars Galaxies, but with the new combat downgrade...uhm upgrade...I can't recommend it anymore.

Can't agree more. WoW really is a very good MMO, but as I'm really not a diehard MMOer (I've never reached max level in DAoC or WoW), it's gotten pretty dull and I play pretty infrequently.
