Tracing IP Addresses?

I am currently the site admin of my WoW Guilds BBS. Recently we've been gettong some grief from one of the very junior members and a lot of shit he's spouting doesn't add up, in short i think he a waffeling wee cunt and i want him gone, is there a site or utility for looking up a guys location if you have his IP address?

there's also samspade.org, a handy anti-abuse site that lets you trace urls and ip addresses through a variety of free online tools. i've found it handy from time to time.

Very few use them, but just be warned that there are IP spoofing programs so sometimes it doesn't work. But a junior member is unlikely to have one.

Oh, and you won't be able to block him if he's on dialup since his IP will change every time he reconnects.

You can block the entire range of IPs.

Wouldn't that block every single person using that ISP?
