That just allows you to change to a different processor.

More interesting from that article is The super cheap RAMdisk.

Yes, I like that RAMdisk, but its not that novel an idea and the 16 hour battery life sucks.

Yes, I like that RAMdisk, but its not that novel an idea and the 16 hour battery life sucks.
Well... consider the fact that prior to this, most of them would cost in the multi-hundred dollar range. This is quite an improvement. As for the battery life, you should be backing up this thing rather often, like once a day. I also rarely shut down my machine anyway.
