Getting a "code page conversion table"

You know that little section in Win XP's Control Panel 
Regional and Language Options Advanced marked "Code page conversion tables". Inside are a bunch of code-pages.
I think I'm missing a particular code page for Japanese EUC, so some of my Japanese games don't display right. Does anybody know where I can try and download this kind of conversion table? Then how do I install something like this?
