AHHHH! Can't get USB 2.0 to work again!!!

The driver I had won't install now after my latest reformat, and I don't know why, because it installed before. I'm running an Intel P4 on an AOpen AX4B-533 board, WinXP Pro, SP2. The only reason I can think of for this to be happening is that SP2 is installed, but the last time I installed the driver, I may have not had it installed. Any help would be apprieciated.
