Cleaning Laptop Keyboard + Screen

Now, I just noticed that the keyboard of my Dell Inspiron 600m is all dusty, and underneath the keys there's a crapload of dust and food bits and stuff. So does anyone know how I can get this stuff out? I don't think I can actually take off the plastic bits like I would a normal keyboard, as once they're off they don't clip back on (I've already lost the plastic bit of the TAB key in a freak accident).
Also, could someone please tell me how to clean the screen? It's all crapped up.

Laptop not sure, but what I do in my keyboard is take a nail clipper with those cleaner edges...slowly slide it along each row of keys, pick up shit and throw it out at the end.

What type of screen?
CRT (huge), or LCD (very thin)
For a Crt a wet soft rag with some soft soap is enough.

Laptop = LCD.
Didnt see that
.
Maybe a air squirter would help for the screen, for a keyboard it would help[ with the dust if not the grime.
