ok, here we go


1. the late game maps glitch, no all the early maps movement is normal, all the maps past the warrens, the graveyard, and the 4 stealth maps for the nos. sub quests, have this weird slow mo. effect (tried this with multipal characters)

2. punched a russian gangster clear out of a combat zone, the guy is still sniping at me, and because he's killed innocents the cops are shooting at me too. (funny the guy is about two stories up, straffing me.) <can't respond with force as that would violate the masqurade, and cause me to loose humanity, had to reload a game... )

3. Hangtime air jordan has nothing on these punks (actually found out that levitating foes is quite common error, not just the sniping russian)

4. "these are not the driods you are looking for"- enjoyed playing a Ventrue in non-combat areas, unfortunatly too many of the quest maps have a "shoot on sight" policy, making it difficult ot use your uber-jedi mind tricks.

5. Blood, Sex, Magic: The easiest to win the game as is a female Tremere, with high seduction, mindcontrol 3 or 4 and maxed out Taumaturgy. Use the sex charms to replenish, and comeons and fast talking to get everything, besides since you probably want the free levels from the books, it gets you toys anyways.

6. guns don't do shit... (except when you need to shoot an object waaaaay over there), except for problem solving, the dumb AI is sufficiant to kill without fire arms, also reloading can be a bitch, and except for headshots against zombies, guns really don't do much....

What I found was that if you played a gangrel and maxed out your stealth skill you could practically sneak up on people in full light, right in front of them and still kill by surprise, or at the very least jump up in front of them and kill with a bite. No one around them would be able to see you either.

I noticed that too, the game seems to be in love with stealth characters

another bit that got kinda tired after the first hour was the blantant fan service...

ok:

1. All male NPC's straight, all female NPC's Bi (only play as a female character if you want to use seduction to get things)

2. panty shots anytime a malk, tremere, toreodore, or Ventrue female character feeds (Nos wear BDSM gear, Gangrel, and Brujah wear pants)

3. Female demon hunter in school girl uniform with a dialog refrence to tenetcles

4. actual tentecle monster later in game.

Besides the general bugbyness of the game (Love the built-in crash point after you did away with the crazy Leopoldian), it at least tried to be interesting.
From a personal point of view, I have to say that thaumaturgy is really, really nifty to have.
And I thought some of the guys should have been bi, as well.

well there is that Ventrue bait blood doll in Santa Monica that's bi...

My copy actually never crashed after the Leopoldian, though I read that it was supposed to.
