Wierd firewall issue

Ok, ok, I've heard that Norton Internet Security isn't the best, but I didn't know that when I set up my home machine. I'm having a wierd issue when I try to connect to the sd.net forums from home - for some reason, and I can't figure out why, bbs.stardestroyer.net is getting blocked by something called a referer....now I'm not the most computer savvy of individuals, so I really don't know what this means.

I can access the rest of the internet just fine. It just seems that this particular web page is getting blocked for no good reason. I'm typing this from a school computer, so I don't know if I'll even be able to respond to this post later tonight, so if anybody has any ideas, they can email me - irishmick79@hotmail.com
