Will a Geforce 4 MX video card be sufficient to run it? I know its pretty crappy, and I'm guessing it won't. If it is, will I need to update any software for it?

No. Bare minimum for nVidia cards is an FX5700, though you can squeeze playability out of a 5600 if you have to.
