HOI event editing question.

I think I've asked for help on this before but I'll ask again. I want to edit a province's resource in HOI.
I want to change a provinces oil\rubber\steel\IC but I forgot where to look for.
Help????

1 or 2?
Probably doesn't matter, I think they use the same system. Go to the \db folder in HoI root install, and edit provinces.csv. Provinces are tracked by an ID so you'll need to figure out the ID of said province you want to edit. They have a list of them with corresponding names on the HoI modding forums at Paradox site.

it is for 1. I can access the province.csv file but and can find the province but where in that line to I make the changes?
As for he modding forums at Paradox site, do you know which specific thread? Because I've looked through the whole forum and can't find anything that would help me.

Search for province ID list. And at the top of the file is an explanation of what each delimited point contains.
