Copying 80-gig File
Out of my data security panaronia I decided to copy an 87gig disk image file from one hard drive to another in Windows XP. Is there a more secure way than using copy and paste? That takes serveral hours and tends to get interrupted.

Write an app that does it, use cmd or msh shells orrr look for an app that exists to do this (but I don't know any). Oh, you could use any form of file transfer that offers resume, send to yourself. FTP, DCC etc.
