Time for a new machine -- need help with case

So, I'm finally going to put together a new machine for myself (still using a 5 year old Athlon 1ghz /w512 - ouch!

Anyway, (mostly) just to brag, here's the specs:

Abit AN8-Ultra (passive cooled NF4 Ultra board - sweet!)
AMD Althon X2 4200+
2GB (DC) OCZ Platinum DDR400 memory (2-3-2-5)
eVGA GeForce 7800GT PCI-e
Viewsonic VP191b 19" LCD
Antec TruePower II 430W
Thermalright XP-90 HS/F
Zalman VF700 VGA cooler (if compatable with the 7800GT)

First, any comments on the above?

The only thing I am unable to find that I like is a case. I've looked at quite a few, but none really make me happy. I'd like a case that (in preference order):

* Is good and quiet (120mm fans + good non-rattling construction)
* Is black or dark gray
* Has a door for the drive bays
* Good enough cooling capacity for some light to moderate overclocking of the above
* Has a small (only exposing MB, not drive bays) window

My favorite so far is the Antec PlusView II, which meets all the above requirements, but I'm not terribly impressed with the looks. Anyone have any suggestions of a favorite case that has all or most of the features above?

SPCR has a lot of information on quiet computing.
