Temperature Monitoring Programs

Does anyone know of a good temperature monitoring program, one that can read and record CPU, Northbridge and video card sensors? I've tried Motherboard Monitor 5 for my now dead DFI board (a capacitor went up in a puff of smoke) and the Asus Probe software just isn't cutting it (I replaced with an A8N Premium, which actually feels faster). I've also tried RivaTuner for my graphics cards, but it only reads one of them, not both, and I haven't seen a recording function for it.
