I re-installed the game after I was frustrated with it when I used Win ME but now I get this message that asks for my cd key and as far as I know it doesn't require it and from my memory it is a bug in the cd protection software. I tried going to the forums but it is down since they've been hacked big time.

Anyone here that plays Superpower 2 know the answer? Is there a way to disable the cd-key request (I own the game and as far as I know it should not ask for a key)?

Uhh yeah I think I remember something like that happening to me. I can't remember if I ended up getting a crack for it or not.

I downladed a crack but then uninstalled the piece of crap and tossed the CDs into the trash. I'll be installing SP1 instead.

The problem with SP1 is that the goddamn AI doesn't do anything. I can have Brazil build nuclear weapons and blow up Argentina, and jack shit happens.

The problem with SP2 is that the AI does too much. Every month countries throw out their consitutions and take up completely new governments.

Oh and seriously, "Single -Party Democracy"? For SADDAM'S IRAQ? WTF were they smoking?
