I've just started using Linux (SUSE) on my laptop for university work, does anybody know of a good messenger program to use on it? All it needs to be able to handle are MSN contacts, I've seen several on the web but some of them look a little dodgy or underdeveloped.
Thanks

Yeup, GAIM is a good one. Kopete is another one. What software packaging system does SUSE use?

I believe SUSE uses RPMs. They should be on the install CD though.
