Windows 2003 program uninstallation problems

I just uninstalled ZoneAlarm off of the server at work (I didn't install it), and the registry entries for uninstalling other programs on the server appear to have disappeared. Is there any way to restore these w/o reinstalling the programs that need to be removed?

Did they disapear from the Add/remove in the control panel?

No, but the change/remove or whatever buttons seem to have disappeared from all the entries.

CCleaner has loads of nice features, a gui for uninstalling apps is one of those.
