generals crashed

grr. a couple of months ago Ali-sama sent me a mod he had found for Generals Zero hour, and I still can't get the damn thing to run anymore. (yes I unistalled/reinstalled)
Did you manually delete the C&C folders from program files?
The uninstall.exe doesn't necessarily get everything.
