Ctrl + Tab

Edit: Unless it's the Mac version, which doesn't have one I can find. Use Opera, that has Option + Tab for switching.

You can also use Ctrl+PgUp or Ctrl-PgDn to switch directionally.

Opera in Windows just uses numbers to change tabs.

It does the same on the Mac, until it hits a blank page, which makes the cursor jump to the address bar and you start typing numbers.

Of course, if you're using an external mouse (rather than a touchpad like me), RMB and mousewheel switches tabs if you have mouse gestures on. Which is clearly the king of tab switching.

Ctrl+Tab to go forward, Ctrl+Shift+Tab to go backwards.

Switch Ctrl for Alt if you want to switch programs...

Remove Ctrl for text boxes inside a page

Alt+number of tab works too, at least on Linux.

Ctrl-W also does that.
