Programs for making a database?

I'm looking for an easy to use program to make some kind of database. Oh, and it has to be free.

Can anyone help me out?

There's always MySQL...
It depends on what kind of databases it is you want to make, of course.

MySQL is nice. Grab something like say, PHPmyAdmin to administrate it though. It's not as professional as M$Sql, but it sure is free.

Well, SQL Server Express from Microsoft is actually free

And there's a free DB2 version out, as well.
