For the second time in a week, my computer has decided to randomnly blue screen. Here is the error:

DRIVER_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Technical information:

STOP: 0x00000001 (0x00000000,0x00000002,ox000000000,oxb2ced7fc)

afd.sys - Address B2CED7F base at B2CE0000, Datestamp 41107eb5

I might have messed up with the number of zero's, but that's about it.

Is this definately a hardware problem? How can I track this down?

By any chance are you using an nvidia graphics card and have recently updated to the 81.98 Forceware drivers?

I ask because ever since I updated to those I've started getting blue screens with various errors in several games (Empire at War, BF2, even Starcraft).

Afd.sys is part of the networking subsystem. Have you installed new network drivers recently? Not sure if that would cause it to be honest but you never know.
