IPOD help

Post by Trytostaydead »

So, after my last computer crash I luckily backed a bulk of my music on my Ipod. So the question is, how do I extract from Itunes/Ipod?? I see the hidden files, but they're all renamed.. and I have no wish to manually rename all the files.. is there a way in itunes to send them back to my HD?

Not in iTunes.

You'll need some third party software to pull files back off an iPod.

Actually, if the files were all tagged properly, iTunes will just import them using the tags. So just copy to hard disk, and import them.
