stupid question regarding e-mail htm files (complete)

I need to send a copy of my online transactions to essentially show the bank I have the assets I say I do (for borrowing purposes).
My mortgage broker has asked me to e-mail him the info. Unfortunately the screen which shows such details can only be saved as an .htm file (web page complete). This unfortunately means shit loads of files and is not practical to e-mail all these files as separate attachments. I can save it as a .htm (web page, HTML only) unfortunately it doesn't open.
So how does one try sending the information. The only way I can think of transmitting the information is to (yes I know its stupid) is to convert the image in front of my computer to a graphic file using print screen function and then sending that of as a jpg or to convert it into a pdf (which looks squashed) and sending it as a pdf file.
