Pulp STGOD OCC

Anyone up for a pulp style STGOD?
The premise: It is just after the conclusion of world war two and a team of pulp style heroes has been called together by the OSS to deal with post-war situations.
These heroes all served, mostly separately, in special operations during WWII for the OSS as part of a unit known as the "Deck of Twelve" (each had a code-name that was the face cards of every suite).
Every pulp hero has special talents, and each one was highly specialized in one thing in particular. Nothing superhuman or supernatural. Things like hand to hand combat, stealth, interrogation, code-breaking, etc. No two heroes should have the same specialty.
Everyone is free to join. The STGOD needs up to 12 heroes (missing heroes can be labeled MIA or KIA) plus a OSS contact, plus villains, which are Nazis, commies, mad scientists, etc.
If we get less than 12 people at the start, I'll play both the villains and the King of Hearts.
