Whenever I try to stream AVIs off of Firefox it loads up Quicktime which just plays a white screen. Any suggestions on what to do or use?

What kind of codec are the .avis using? And is downloading them not an option? Streaming isn't really the best idea for .avi files.

Uninstall Quicktime and use Quicktime Alternative. Quicktime should not be set to play AVI files to begin with unless you told it to when installing it. Binding it to another player (like Media Player or Media Player Classic) will solve your problem.
