Oh man. This freaking rocks. Play-Asia.com is having a huge summer sale. Over 3,000 items are marked down. Every single system is represented. X-Box, X-Box 360, Gamecube, PS2, DS, GBA and GB, PS1, Dreamcast, Wonderswan, even Super Famicom and such. Now, most of them are Japanese region, but we're all wise as to the ways around region protection, yes? (They have plenty of US version stuff on sale too.)

-For all you DS owners, you should know that Japanese games can be played on US DSes without any modification needed.

They have tons and tons of games marked down under $10, under $20, prices cut in half... they've got anime and video game soundtracks, they've got gashpan figures and DVDs and tons and tons of other stuff... Nice find. The games are a real good bargain. I like those cartridge cases but they are still rather expensive for just three a pack.

So it is with the psp. Screen guards and carrying cases are absolute must-have's for care of one's expensive toys.

That 16 slot container is a a real steal, though. You can use it for GBA games as well as DS games.

And this isn't on sale, but it needs to be posted just the same. Phoenix Writ is a must-have for all DS owners, but it's been out of print in the US for a while. It is getting rereleased later in August, but why wait when you can buy it NOW for the same price as retail? The Japanese reissue of the game has the English version on it as well, and just like I said, it's the same darn price as the preorder on Amazon.com.
