having trouble with Warlords
I downloaded from Gamespot, at full retail price Civ IV warlords, got a code key, full confirmation, etc. It's freakin lagging it takes 20 minutes to boot up, and then another ten to set up for a new game. AFter that no problem. What am I doing wrong?

Sadly, you may be doing nothing wrong. If you have an older computer - or one that barely meets minimum recommended system specifications - then I think it may just be fairly normal.
The computer I use to play beats the recommended specifications and still takes five or so minutes to boot up the Fall From Heaven Mod. I literally click on the program, a minor screen comes up and then disappears. Several minutes pass with no discernable activity on the screen before the game pops up (and itself loads for a few seconds).
