Disable Capslock

Is there anyway to disable capslock? It pisses me off to see that I've written half a paragraph in uppercase when my pinky accidentally hits the capslock key!

Haven't tried it myself, since I don't have Windows, but his method (remapping the keyboard in the registry) certainly looks like it should work and be safe.
