For some reason, I can't get a copy of Wing Commander Prophecy that I ordered off Amazon.com to install on my computer. It's not a problem with the CDs. as far as I can tell, they're flawless. No scratches, smudges, etc. But when I try to do a full install, I cannot install the "Speech1" file" because of a scratch or something. With a partial install, the game will fully install, but when I try to play it, the FMVs move like they're in fast foreward or something, and the game crashes when I try to play a mission.
Can anyone help me out?

I managed to locate a patch that makes the game work.

And you got it installed with a minimum setup, and the FMVs don't play properly... and this is a problem because...? Who wants to watch bad acting? (Yes I know Luke Skywalker is in it, but he gets wtfpwned by bugs for cryin' out loud)
