I began this project a few months ago, holiday work hours sidelined it for a bit, but now I'm trying to get it going again.
I present to you a demo of the sequel to Doomriser's RPG
Final Flamewar: Attack of the Trolls:
http://stgjr.racknine.net/fftfm/fftfm.html
Final Flamewar: The Fiver Menace
Game is about 60-70% complete. Updates as they come, screenshots to be posted soon (For those who haven't seen them on SB).

I always thought about doing a Final Flamewar on wongs founding a continent free of the trekkies, fivers, and trolls, about 2 generations after the first Flame War, where the only one that remains is Kynes(the rest moved on to a higer plain to guard the lands), who trains the main hero after the boat he is one crashes into a mysterious wall, and the village that took him in is ravaged by Sith God. Basicly it's about the banishing of DarkStar from the lands of Es'Dee. I'm thinking about calling it Final Flamewar : A Dream Too Grand.
But I've been unable to find the download of the tools for making games with RPGMaker. Also I forgot about it until now.

Excellent. Every non update related post you make here will of course now make us angry as its time you could have spent providing updates or doing actual game work.

Some screenies!
Started work again over the weekend. Got some new screenies for you.

The great Sky Citadel of Babtekh*, ruled by the Sage of Reason...

The Fiver Dark Lord himself!

The Return of the Donkey Fucker!

Kynes, just as lovable and friendly as ever!

A rare find: a Warsie Troll! (Yup, it's our old friend, Transcend! And he wants to kick your party's collective ass.

)

Our resident Sith Lord, or as he is known IG, the Sage of Logic and Lord of all Ehsdeeh'neht*!

The fastest Airship in the world: the
White Star!

The dark land of Behfivhetekh*!
*Yes, I made names out of the various forum and site acronyms and names, usually by adding apostrophes and "h"s.

Will there be a special item called Trashcan which you can use on him to devastating effect?

Following the release of The Fiver Menace, I shall again become motivated and create a few lines of code and eight pages of story for Return Of The Troll.
Then I'll forget it again.

Just make sure to make Transcend a cyborg, and place a garbage can somewhere in his vicinity as his arch-nemesis.

I resent that.
Instead, have a palm pilot duct-taped to his forehead that he updates using his psychic powers.
and place a garbage can somewhere in his vicinity as his arch-nemesis.
For some reason, this reminds me of "Derek Smart's Desktop Commander"

To further clarify, he didn't realize that you typically hold it open with one hand while shoving the garbage down with the other; seems he shoved it open so hard with only one hand that when Newton's laws took over, the flap severely bruised his hand.

I thought party members were supposed to contribute worthwhile and useful skills to your party.

He can fall down and produce a reasonable imitation of your average earth-elemental summon/esper/eidolon.

I've been playtesting various builds of FFTFM, and it's an excellent game.
