Outlook 2003 question

Is there a way to add more reminder flags in outlook 2003? there is currently only the six colored flags...but, say I wanted to have nine, or even not just flags, but other icons as well. Anyone know how to make that happen?

I've actually tried to find a way to add more flags myself, I never did find an answer on technet or by digging through Outlook. If its possible, it would not suprise me that it would be something you'd have to program in yourself using a developer kit or the like.
