Personally, I'm most excited that the individual directors will (TFN=might) be involved, since they were at the top of my list of desired participants.

Kurtz should've come back for commentary.

What's Mark Hamil got keeping him from doing commentary? Hell, even Harrison Ford should recognize the impact that these movies had on his career.

Well, you have to keep in mind what certain people would actually have to say, particularly after all these years. Ford has been keeping his distance from the films for a while now, and Mark has talked about them a lot.

Maybe they'll have some coverage in the 4th disc's documentary, which I hope does feature Anthony Daniels some, as he does have some interesting anecdotes to tell if his old Wonder Column is anything to go by.

Heh...I remember how confused I got by how he kept going on and on with the parenthesis inside of parenthesis inside of more parenthesis and with the PS and PPS or PSS or PPPPPS's or whatever such nonsense.

You know I am generally not impressed with the prequel audio commentaries, hopefully these will be better. Also I hope the doc's are as good as they are insisting they will be.

The best commentaries are relaxed, with lots of people in the same room bouncing stuff off each other. The worst commentaries are one guy talking.

Unless it's Mel Brooks.
"The rifle itself has no moral stature, since it has no will of its own. Naturally, it may be used by evil men for evil purposes, but there are more good men than evil, and while the latter cannot be persuaded to the path of righteousness by propaganda, they can certainly be corrected by good men with rifles."

Or Terry Gillium. But in general, I think commentary tracks should always feature at least two people, even if one is just a mediator.

The worst commentaires have 'paid for by FOX' printed on every word. The ones were everything was great, everyone was wonderful, it was a great project and everyone loves everyone else. The good ones have stories from down the pub :)

Heh...a friend of mine hates Rick McCallum for doing that "everything is great, everyone loves George" routine in the Prequel Updates. And since he does that with Insider, I guess he's right, that they are only making it look like a flawless project. I never realized it until he actually said he hated McCallum for, in his own words, "worshipping Lucas." :)

Oh thank God. I thought I was the only one getting sick and tired of hearing how 'George is such a visual director' from McCallum!

Well what other kind of director could he be you dumb shit?! I wasn't aware that a cinematic movie wasn't primarily (if not totally) a visual medium!!!!

Sorry, needed to get that off my chest.

That and a "Where are they now" type of feature might really kick ass, especially if they cover actors like David Prowse and the guys who played Wedge, Piett, Veers, etc. Those guys rock!

Also, I wonder if the commentary will mention anything about Oola's boob-flashing scene... (Or will they digitally erase it? :? )

When Oola is tugging on her chain before she's dropped into the Rancor pit, one of her breasts accidentally pops out of her costume, and is fairly visible for about half a second. It's pretty blury, though, so only mildly rewarding.

The scene is there in the SE, they just "digitally erased" her nipple.

So I guess this changes everything in SW databanks.. Twi'Lek's have breasts but no nipples! j/k

That's gonna complicate foreplay...
