What is the difference between "turbolaser batteries" and "turbolaser cannons"?

Same as the difference between a gun battery and a single gun on a ship. A battery, when used in reference to artillery, is a bunch of guns grouped and fired as a single unit.

So a battery is a unit that deliver more firepower then the cannon because it deliver more shots?

Well, typically when you have a group of guns versus only one gun, the group of guns can shoot more than the one gun. ;)
