Why? When it comes to starship armament and size, the RPGs are almost always wrong, and are easily shown to be erroneous by cursory examination of on-screen evidence.

Umm, WOTC is a much more hideous atrocity than WEG ever was. But neither of them put sufficient research into determining the basic accuracy of their statistics.

Sounds like an opportunity for revisionism then :)

I tend to agree with...well, everyone actually. The stats are way off, but instead of saying, "These suck" and continuing to use them, why not try to create more accurate revised stats?

Why bother working up RPG stats for game you're not playing? People have worked to get the fact straight but very few people care about the games. I don't imagine it would be too hard to take the accurate information and create stats of your own.

Just thought it would be a useful addition to the sites capability. Without actually talking myself into it, was thinking in terms of the wealth of info already on here. I've played both versions, though prefer the WEG, and afterall there is the ultimate authority in ensuring a relatively plausable yet adventurous and cinematic game for the palyers.....the GM.
