This info contradicts the official info, so it does not apply yes?
But is there really an MC-85 in Rebel Alliance fleet?

Seems to be HomeOne, if you ask me.

If so the lenght is wrong (the canonical of 3.8 km as well as the official bullshit of 1.2 km) as well as the weapons-stats.

So i would say, it is fan-made.

People have taken to calling the [Home One]-class as the "MC85" even though I cannot possibly see how that's consistent with any interpretation of what the MC numbers mean and the other, official, MC numbers.

The New Republic Fleet Database has a nice collection of both canonical and fan made ships. They have used canonical evidence (probably based on Saxton's research) when they have determined size. The info about the ships featured is generally good.
Read about the Home One (and other command ships) here:

http://www.thegjo.com/NR/commandships.htm

and access the main page here:

No MC85 turned up though.
