There's a perfectly good IMAX theatre in Cedar Rapids, but they only play "Edutainment" junk.
No IMAX Clones or Apollo 13 for me.
I'm willing to pay to see Ep II in Imax, but not willing to drive 5-6 hours to do so.

I got to see it for my birthday on the 2nd. 
Most of the really annoying scenes were cut out of the IMAX version. For example, the really really bad lines that Mace had in the beginning with Yoda were cut out. The entire grass scene with Anakin and Amidala was cut out as well.
Overall, I was happy with the cuts although I don't think they needed to cut as much as they did.
