After seeing TPM, but before AotC, I thought TPM was a throwaway, and would be indicative of the whole prequel trilogy. Having seen AotC, I know that the prequels are NOT throwaways. I am further questioning my initial assessment of TPM. Can it have been intentional? Can EpIII change everything? I'm not so sure, anymore. If he can still make AotC, how can he have done so poorly with TPM? I'm almost convinced that there's something more to the film that we're not catching.Vympel wrote:I think the style of Ep 1 was on purpose- Ep 2 is getting forboding and returning to the OT 'used universe' thing- with its seedy underbelly's, cold military hardware etc. Ep 3 will be a joygasm for Empire Strikes Back fans.
And Amazon.com has the release date as November 12.

I hope you are right about EP 1. I think EP3 can change how we look at the entire prequel trilogy. GL has to pull out a miracle here. We need something of ESB quality. No Ewoks or Gungans please! (unless they are being destroyed).Master of Ossus wrote:After seeing TPM, but before AotC, I thought TPM was a throwaway, and would be indicative of the whole prequel trilogy.
