I said before when i was under the Muad'Dib title, Pellaeon was not a good Leader. He had the Rebel out gunned 2-1 in Kuat and he ran.

Where does it say 2-1? IMHO, Thrawn was depending on some overly complex plan to annhiliate the Rebels with a small number of forces...come on...Rogues and two Assault Frigates knock out on Golan Defense Platform and the whole battle collapses into choas.

He lost the Empire it's major shipyard and then he made the criminal action of participating in the Empire's civil war.

The Empire controlled Yaga Minor, which was bigger, and other facilities. Dead wrong. And what was he supposed to do after Carivus died? Surrender? All of the Imperial authority collapsed...the Galactic Empire ceased to exist as a political entity. He had no choice but to become a warlord or fight for one in hopes of someday remaking the Empire....make no mistake...the Imperial Remnant is the union of multiple warlord kingdoms...it had no political continuity with the Empire.

He did redeem himself by holding off the Rebels with that treaty, In general he is a good captain but not an Admiral much less Grand Admiral. He didn't have the vision of the inovation of tatics to earn the white uniform.

I'll agree here. The Grand Admiral's uniform seems to know be merely a fancy nostalgic honorific for the Imperial Remnant's Supreme Commander.
