The Stupidest Thing I've Ever Heard

Post by JediMaster415 »

I'm a member of the Star Wars Docking Bay, a yahoo group. I just got an email with the stupidest shit I've ever heard.
Padme was Jedi although she apparently had no formal training.
In Episode III there were some scenes which didn't make the final movie
such as Yoda landing on Dagobah and the Emperor giving Darth Vader his
lightsaber. In Episode II there were two scenes which didn't make the
final film which show Padme's being Jedi. In one,
Yoda says, "The Force is strong in you." In the other, Anakin says to
her, "So you are Jedi too."
In some parts of Episode II, Padme was a stronger Jedi than Anakin. So,
Luke and Leia had very strong Jedi heritage. Luke said, "The Force is
strong in our family."
When Padme is about to give birth, the medical droids said that although
she wasn't injured, she was slipping away.
I believe that through the Force, she saw what was ahead for Anakin and
in her heartbreak, decided to go to the Force voluntarily as did Obi Wan
and Yoda.
Padme could have appeared in the final Jedi scene with the others. At
the time of the special filmings, word was that Natalie Portman had
signed to do filming for that purpose. Why George Lucas changed his
mind, I have no idea. I would have liked to have seen them all there
including Qui-Gonn.
I have been told that Liam Neeson has filmed a scene for the end of
Episode III and that we will see it in an expanded edition of the film.
If no one can see why this is stupid, go watch the movies. I already responded, very politely saying that the only thing Force-related about her was her husband and children.

What the hell?
How did any one even come up with something like this?
The Rift
Stanislav Petrov- The man who saved the world
Hugh Thompson Jr.- A True American Hero
"In the unlikely story that is America, there has never been anything false about hope." - President Barack Obama
"May fortune favor you, for your goals are the goals of the world." - Ancient Chall valediction
