Bespin Atmosphere Question

The platform in question is not Tibbanopolis.

The Illustrated Universe shows us a single image of the city's skyline from below, and there are features and structures that are large enough that they would have to be visible from the vantage point in ESB, but they are not (rather than a jumble of blocky towers and centralized tubes, only an array of large tanks are visible.) On top of that, the previous page shows several platforms that are identical to the one pictured in the screenshot. These platforms are listed as simply smaller refining facilities. Rogue Squadron 2 confirms this, if that part of the Bespin level can be extricated from game mechanics.

OK, point conceeded. The evidence you've presented is overwhelming, so that clearly isn't Tibannopolis, although I still think it's stupid to put another refinery plant so close to Cloud City.

Now, two big questions emerge as a result of this: what does Tibannopolis actually look like when viewed from the outside, and where exactly is it located? Also, has it actually been featured in any SW material other than the Illustrated Star Wars Universe? If not, that's also unfortunate, since it really is an interesting locale.
