Neither has the needed Repulsers, but it should be possibul if they where fitted, the VSD can after all. The hard part is never exceeding mach1; the sonic boom would be incredibly destructive. Though the lasers and turbolasers also would be as well, but with more precision.

The ship in Heir to the Empire was already specially fitted with a cloak, adding a bank of repulsors Lusanka style wouldn't be that hard to rig up as well.

I have noticed that stats always are subsonic. I tend to belive that repuslordrive can't be supersonic, either by construction or by nature of the technology. But ships should be able to skip that limit by using their ion engines.
