General Veers' AT-ATs have been replaced with an equal number of Jluggernauts. How does this change the outcome of the battle?

Juggernaughts are faster and more manuverable but not has tought or powerfull has AT-ATs and have worse AA defences i think!
I think i won't change much they would fare worse.
