Star Wars 2027 - The Reboot?

Okay. In 2027 for the 50th anniversay of Star Wars the first three movies are going to be remade in typical Hollywood plot recycling style.

You are given overall control of the franchise for this. What do you do? Do you reboot and dump everything from the EU? What major changes do you make to the first 3 movies?

Given total control how do you use this to make Star Wars better?

I make only Adywan-like changes to ANH and TESB, then proceed with what I laid out in this thread. Hopefully, technology will have advanced to the point that I can use the likenesses and voices of the original cast to integrate seamlessly with the sequels (and prequels).
