New New Special Ultra Edition?

Anyone know what this is? At first I thought it was just the trench run I found when searching for the X-Wing levels on the Death Star, but there are lot of new bits included.

Is this a fan job or something? Because I thought I had seen every version of SW from the original, the THX remastered, the Laserdisk, the Special Edition, the DVD...

But I didn't recognize some of this stuff like;

* The holographic sort of look of the display at the Rebel HQ
* The new look targeting display on the Overbridge
* The Survivors exiting the Death Star with the Death Star bigger in the background, and starting to fire when it blows.
* Yavin shown in the sky in some of the shots where it wasn't before

The posting date is November 2008 so I'm thinking that this has to be a fan creation or something...anyone?
