Naboo exists in the OT era, so no.

Palpatine probably wouldn't harm his beautiful Naboo with a 1,600 meter long neutronium wedge. Although who knows, maybe in SWG Naboo will have an area called the "blast crater" where Palpy fried Amidala's hideout with extreme prejuduce :) Chances are if the Empire was after Amidala she'd be enroute to Naboo but was captured/destroyed there.

So Luke is with Obi Wan at the time, Leia and Amidala are on Alderaan when the crisis on naboo springs up and Amidala goes to find out whats happened and is killed in the process.
