They still respond to danger a second or more before it happens and can leap tens of meters in an instant, so I'm doubtful you'd be able to kill any of the more powerful Jedi unless you were willing to kill everyone within 100+ meters of the actual bomb.

even a dude with a jet pack and a lame helmet was able to shoot that one Jedi when he tried to kill Dooku in the arena

and the same guy was able to escape from a Jedi even when said Jedi was in full Masters of Teras Kasi mode with his leaping

then again those Prequel Jedi are so inconsistent and never use their powers intelligently

The Revan novel demonstrates that drugging inhibits a Jedi's connection to the Force, and iirc in FotJ: Outcast, lots and lots of concrete as well.

Distracting a Jedi seems to work pretty well too. If you force them to block blaster bolts, they won't use any active force powers (stuff other than speed/strength enhancements and precognition) on you.
