A Couple Of Questions From A Newbie.

Those were considered flames? I didn't think anyone was that harsh with what they posted really.

I am 38, and just watched SW for the first time in probably 10 years last week. I don't live a breathe SW like many do, I thought this would be a good place to ask the questions I did to get good answers.

Sorry if it ticked you or anyone else off, it wasn't my intent. And as for "leaping blindly," I don't agree so much there. The reasons given by people here are in no way proven to be as people say, they are only guesses and opinions expressed by posters. That is one of the problems I have with SW fans sometimes, they just come up with ideas for why/what things happen and act as though it just is the way they say it is, even though it isn't a proven fact. Then they act high and mighty (not accusing anyone here of this) if they do know more about things over people who ask a simple question with no harmful intent.

those weren't flames. not yet, trust me when people start to flame here you'll notice it.

but I did sense some "haven't we talked about this already" from some of the posts. A good hint (which might be in the rules too, not sure about that) is to check if there's a thread that has already anwsered the questions you wanted to ask. I can speak only for myself but you didn't tick me off at all, I've played WoW pugs so it takes rather major stupidity to truly anger me.

the explanations may be simple speculation based on what we know, but sometimes the official sources explain things that aren't evident from the movies alone. that said it's best to get as much info as possible before you ask a question to prevent that acting high and mighty (who knows you might even get something right that they don't )

Thanks for the tips, i'll keep them in mind before asking things from now on just to be safe...LOL.
