The makeing of Revenge of the Sith book says that it is indeed the Falcon. It had a green paint job. Did anyone notice the radar dish that dosent come with the stock YT-1300s.

I was under the impression that the dish was a standard on the YT-1300.

And from the image of the Falcon it seemed to have had a significant structural modification between RotS and ANH. The side walls are too thick.

Is the "thick-walled" YT-1300 another WEG inaccuracy like the Tantive IV?

At least in all of the games the only Yt 1300 that had a dish was the Falcon. In X-Wing Alliance the 1300 that was flown through out most of the game didnt have the dish. The last mission had the falcon in it.
