The events of the book were repeated in a comic with the same name; furthermore, its events are referred to elsewhere and Luke Skywalker's relative strength in dealing with the Dark Lord is due to the influence of the spirit of Obi-Wan and the presence of Kaiburr Crystal. I am not aware where the book would have been stated non-canon, even though the claim is oft repeated here.Frank Hipper wrote:Seems like I remember someone saying that, but I'm far from sure.havokeff wrote:Didn't that book get pushed out of canon?Frank Hipper wrote:No surprise there, that book was written before the concept of Force lightning existed.
So...what could Vader do?

Acording to the regular Wiki, since I couldn't find it on Wookie, it is C-level. That, coupled with the comic remake and the references in other books... yeah, it's in the canon.
It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.
