Or, in a sinister plot, they are simply getting us to give out personal information that they can sell or just send us random junk mail themselves.

We may only hope that neither of those two possibilities are correct.

Has anyone gotten their miniatures, yet? Or, for that matter, does anyone know the time-frame for these? Is it more of that "four to six weeks" stuff?

I don't remember seeing an estimate when I finished the survey nor was there anything about it in the e-mail I got. Given WotC doesn't have a web-store for physical goods, I'd bet it'll come in a month or so.

I've surfed a couple websites and they turned up zilch as well. Though I do like the fact that they've posted about it a day after I did. :D
I have almost reached the regrettable conclusion that the Negro's great stumbling block in his stride toward freedom is not the White Citizen's Counciler or the Ku Klux Klanner, but the white moderate, who is more devoted to "order" than to justice; who constantly says: "I agree with you in the goal you seek, but I cannot agree with your methods of direct action"; who paternalistically believes he can set the timetable for another man's freedom; who lives by a mythical concept of time and who constantly advises the Negro to wait for a "more convenient season."

I filled it out, put in SDN wherever I could, and it told me to fill out a page for them to send me a booster pack! Woohoo! 8)

I put SD.net too, along with Saxton's site.

By the way, I haven't even seen a picture of whatever it is I'm getting. Either the ad-blockers filtered out the pictures (if any), or something else happened, but I'm not even sure exactly it is I'm getting looks like, other than they are miniature gaming figures. :P

Right, and if it sucks, you can always sell it on the net to some fanatical collector as an "exclusive item"

Meh. WOTC having my name and mailing address is not worth free stuff. Filled out the survey anyway, and told them my favorite Star Wars source was Saxton's. I hadn't even heard of most of the others.

What, you don't have a series of P.O. Boxes associated with various false names, in different towns from the one where you live, where you make occasional stops at to pick up your packages??

:P

Man your name is already on The List, no matter what you do or do not fill out.

Anyway, I'm still waiting for me free stuff. How am I supposed to game without it?? It's already been a whole week!

First, the one you'll be getting is from the Alliance and Empire set.

Second, did it say it'll ship out as soon as possible at the end of the survey? According to the e-mail, this doesn't officially end until March 31st, so they might not even ship until then.

Silly or not, if at the end of the survey it said we'll get it asap, I want to know it!

I just retook the survey.

Still asked me for my information and said I was going to get free minatures. I get the feeling that some of us are going to miss out.

Looks like Qwerty 42 is our first recipient here. Congrats.

I didn't realize it's been well over a month since I filled out the form, so if I am getting a set, nothing has arrived yet.

What are they like, Qwerty?

Hey guys, I don't mean to get anyone's hopes up unreasonably, but I just got my box today, so I guess they send them at different rates. :?

Pretty cool, though.

I'm probably the first one here to have done the survey and I haven't received it yet...

I did it again today but wasn't there an option to put in what you didn't like or wanted to change? I recall saying that Traviss needed to be let go and Dark Moose canned.
