It's all about the force choke grip. It takes a true master to get it right.

I thought Prowse had real trouble walking around.
It's kinda sad that he wont be Vader
I'm kinda hoping GL just sticks him in EP3 in some sort of cameo capacity.
Seems to be the right thing to do

This is surprising. Hayden Christiansen is not all that short. Over 6'0", I'm sure.

Perhaps they're going to claim that hormones injected into Anakin's bloodstream as a result of his accident (during the recovery period) force his body-structure and musculature to expand?

Well I've heard consistent rumors that he'll be 'bulking up' for Episode III.

Its the 'blocked up' boots that add 3" to his height.

Vader was pretty tall in the OT, and it was probably cause of all the machinery inside him. Maybe they replaced his legs or something, and did some other stuff to make him taller.

IIRC, Vader was ~6'7", in case anyone didn't/wanted to know.

Apparently Dave Prowse is a lot more active than you people give him credit for....For a 67 yr old who I believe has had a double hip replacement he's suprisingly nimble. I think he's back again working as a fitness trainer to the stars....(and he's still built like a brick s***house)

And we'll find out that when Vader crawled out of the pit he looked a lot like Large Marge.
